Equipment

  • 1 Mug or Glass Heat-safe, for warm liquids
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients
  • 1 Measuring spoons For salt, lemon, vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Fine, uniodized salt preferred
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional – raw with "mother"
  • 8 oz Warm Water Comfortably warm, not boiling

Instructions

  • Warm 8 oz of water until comfortably hot (not boiling).
  • Add 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt and stir.
  • Mix in lemon juice.
  • Add apple cider vinegar (optional) and stir.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Notes

Best taken on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
Not recommended for individuals on sodium-restricted diets.
Optional ACV can be omitted for sensitive stomachs.
