- Warm 8 oz of water until comfortably hot (not boiling).
- Add 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt and stir.
- Mix in lemon juice.
- Add apple cider vinegar (optional) and stir.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Notes
Best taken on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
Not recommended for individuals on sodium-restricted diets.
Optional ACV can be omitted for sensitive stomachs.
