Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Fine, uniodized salt preferred
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional – raw with "mother"
  • 8 oz Warm Water Comfortably warm, not boiling

Equipment

  • 1 Mug or Glass Heat-safe, for warm liquids
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients
  • 1 Measuring spoons For salt, lemon, vinegar

Method
 

  1. Warm 8 oz of water until comfortably hot (not boiling).
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt and stir.
  3. Mix in lemon juice.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar (optional) and stir.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Notes

Best taken on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
Not recommended for individuals on sodium-restricted diets.
Optional ACV can be omitted for sensitive stomachs.
