Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt Use fine-ground for easy mixing
  • 8 –12 oz Filtered water Room temperature or warm
  • ½ Lemon juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional raw and unfiltered preferred

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or mason jar For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Stirring spoon To combine the ingredients

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add ½ tsp of pink Himalayan salt.
