Equipment

  • 1 Medium saucepan For warming juice
  • 1 Whisk or fork To fully dissolve gelatin
  • 1 Measuring cups For precise liquid amounts
  • 1 Glass container To chill gelatin until firm

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred collagen-rich
  • ½ cup Cold juice Cranberry pomegranate, or tart cherry
  • 1 cup Juice Heated until steaming not boiling
  • 1 –2 tsp Monk fruit or stevia Optional adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, pour ½ cup cold juice and sprinkle 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Meanwhile, warm 1 cup juice in a saucepan over low heat until steaming, do not boil.
  • Pour hot juice over the bloomed gelatin mixture. Whisk until completely dissolved and smooth.
  • Add monk fruit or stevia to taste (optional).
  • Pour the mixture into ramekins or a glass container. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  • Enjoy chilled. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

For extra joint support, add a scoop of hydrolyzed collagen peptides.
For sleep, use tart cherry juice and consume 1 hour before bed.
For skin and hormonal benefits, add a dash of lemon juice or magnesium powder.
Best enjoyed cold. Can also be poured into silicone molds for portion-controlled “gelatin bites.”
