- In a small bowl or jar, combine chia seeds and water. Stir and let soak for 10–15 minutes.
- Brew your coffee (hot or cold).
- In a glass or mug, add the soaked chia, coffee, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir or shake well to combine.
- Add sweetener and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
- Enjoy immediately, or chill for a refreshing iced version.
