  • 1 Glass or mason jar For serving and mixing
  • 1 Spoon or stir stick To mix ingredients

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt Use fine ground for best mix
  • 8 –12 oz Filtered water Room temperature or lukewarm
  • ½ Lemon juiced Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional unfiltered preferred

Instructions

  • Add Himalayan pink salt to a glass of filtered water.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  • (Optional) Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir well and drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.

Notes
