Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder Ground food-grade
  • Pinch — Black pepper Boosts curcumin absorption
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional for blood sugar support
  • 1 cup Warm water Or coffee not boiling
  • Small piece — Fresh ginger Optional grated, for digestion

  • 1 Small spoon For stirring ingredients
  • 1 Mug or cup To serve the drink

Method
 

  1. Add turmeric powder, black pepper, and cinnamon to a cup.
  2. Pour in warm (not boiling) water or coffee.
  3. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  4. Add grated ginger if desired.
  5. Drink slowly, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Best absorbed with black pepper or a healthy fat (like coconut oil).
Start small if new to turmeric to avoid digestive upset.
Not recommended for those with gallbladder issues or on blood thinners without medical advice.
