Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine ground
  • 8 –12 oz filtered water room temperature or lukewarm
  • ½ lemon juiced, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional, unfiltered preferred

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or mason jar (for mixing)
  • 1 Spoon For stirring

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if using.
  5. Stir well and drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.

Notes

Always use food-grade Himalayan pink salt, not bath salt.
Adjust lemon or vinegar to taste.
