- Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if using.
- Stir well and drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach.
Notes
Always use food-grade Himalayan pink salt, not bath salt.
Adjust lemon or vinegar to taste.
