Shredded Hash Browns in Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the frozen shredded hash browns with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread them evenly in the air fryer basket in a thin layer.
  4. Air fry for 7 minutes, then gently flip or stir with a spatula.

  5. Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
You can add shredded cheese, chopped onions, or herbs for extra flavor.
Great for Ore Ida, McCain, or Great Value hash browns.
