- Add 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
- Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in juice of ½ lemon and mix well.
- Add optional ginger or mint if desired.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.
