Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Start with ¼ tsp if preferred
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature or warm preferred
  • Optional Add-ins

  • 2 slices Ginger Aids digestion and flavor
  • 3 leaves Mint Adds fresh cooling taste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in juice of ½ lemon and mix well.
  4. Add optional ginger or mint if desired.
  5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.
