Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Start with ¼ tsp if preferred
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature or warm preferred

  • 2 slices Ginger Aids digestion and flavor
  • 3 leaves Mint Adds fresh cooling taste

Instructions

  • Add 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  • Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in juice of ½ lemon and mix well.
  • Add optional ginger or mint if desired.
  • Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Always use high-quality Himalayan pink salt (not table salt).
Avoid adding sweeteners, keep it simple and clean.
If making sole water in advance, use 1 tsp concentrate per drink.
Start with ¼ tsp salt if you're new to mineral drinks.
