  • 8 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice optional Adds vitamin C, boosts flavor
  • 1 tsp Raw apple cider vinegar optional Unfiltered, with "the mother"

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 8 oz, heat-safe
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring pink salt
  • 1 Stirring spoon To mix salt and ingredients

Method
 

  1. Heat 8 oz of filtered water until warm, not boiling.
  2. Add ¼ tsp of pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.
