  • 8 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling, comfortable to sip
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice optional For added vitamin C and flavor
  • 1 tsp Raw apple cider vinegar opt Unfiltered, with "the mother"
  • ½ tsp Raw honey optional For mild sweetness—adds minimal calories

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Warm 8 oz of filtered water until pleasantly hot, not boiling.
  2. Stir in ¼ tsp of pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar, if using. Stir well.
  4. Optionally mix in raw honey to balance acidity.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
