Method
- Warm 8 oz of filtered water until pleasantly hot, not boiling.
- Stir in ¼ tsp of pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar, if using. Stir well.
- Optionally mix in raw honey to balance acidity.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Notes
Drink through a straw to protect tooth enamel if using vinegar.
Always use food-grade pink salt, not decorative or bath salt.
Try it daily for 7 days and track how your digestion and energy feel.
Avoid if you're on a sodium-restricted diet unless advised by your doctor.
