Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8–12 oz drinking glass
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Citrus juicer Optional, for lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Start with ¼ tsp if new to it
  • 1 Lemon Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Amount Unit Name Notes
  • 2 slices Ginger For added digestion support
  • 3 leaves Mint Refreshing flavor

Instructions

  • Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into your glass.
  • Add ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

Notes

Not recommended for those on a low-sodium diet without physician approval.
You may start with ¼ tsp of salt if you're sensitive or new to sole water.
