Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Start with ¼ tsp if new to it
  • 1 Lemon Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Amount Unit Name Notes
  • 2 slices Ginger For added digestion support
  • 3 leaves Mint Refreshing flavor

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8–12 oz drinking glass
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Citrus juicer Optional, for lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into your glass.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Optional: Add mint or ginger if preferred.
