- Pour 8–12 oz of filtered water into your glass.
- Add ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Optional: Add mint or ginger if preferred.
- Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Not recommended for those on a low-sodium diet without physician approval.
You may start with ¼ tsp of salt if you're sensitive or new to sole water.
