Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Start with ¼ tsp if sensitive
  • 1 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature preferred
  • Optional Add-ins
  • Amount Unit Name Notes
  • 2 slices Ginger For digestion & flavor
  • 3 leaves Mint Adds fresh cooling aroma

Equipment

  • 1 Spoon To stir salt and lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Add 8–12 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix gently.
  4. Add optional ginger or mint for flavor variation.
  5. Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.
