- Add 8–12 oz of filtered water to a glass.
- Stir in ½ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Add optional ginger or mint if desired.
- Drink on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
Notes
If you're salt-sensitive or new to this routine, start with ¼ tsp of pink salt.
Avoid pairing this drink with high-sodium meals.
For ease, create a saturated salt concentrate and add 1 tsp of that to water daily.
