Instructions
Warm 8 oz of filtered water to a comfortable drinking temperature.
Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
If desired, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Stir again.
Optional: add raw honey for taste. Mix well.
