- Warm 8 oz of filtered water to a comfortable drinking temperature.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
- If desired, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Stir again.
- Optional: add raw honey for taste. Mix well.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.

Drink through a straw when using ACV to protect your teeth.
Best results come with consistency, try it daily for 1 week.
