Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 8 oz capacity, heat-safe
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring pink salt & ACV
  • 1 Stirring spoon To dissolve salt

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt Food-grade only
  • 8 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice optional Adds flavor and digestion support
  • 1 tsp Raw apple cider vinegar opt With “the mother,” unfiltered
  • ½ tsp Raw honey optional For mild sweetness (adds calories)

Instructions

  • Warm 8 oz of filtered water to a comfortable drinking temperature.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
  • If desired, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Stir again.
  • Optional: add raw honey for taste. Mix well.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.

Notes

Always use food-grade pink salt, not bath or lamp-grade.
Drink through a straw when using ACV to protect your teeth.
Best results come with consistency, try it daily for 1 week.
Not suitable for sodium-restricted diets without medical approval.
