Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt Fine grain only unrefined
  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Not boiling; just comfortably warm
  • opt teaspoon Lemon juice Optional; fresh squeezed
  • opt teaspoon Apple cider vinegar Optional; raw with the mother

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Cup Heat-safe, 8 oz or larger
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Kettle or Pot To warm filtered water

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water until comfortably hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour water into a glass cup.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt.
  4. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  5. Optionally, add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
  6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach each morning.

Notes

Always use pure Himalayan pink salt, avoid table salt or blends.
Do not exceed ¼ teaspoon per serving unless medically advised.
