Instructions
Brew 1 cup of strong hibiscus or raspberry tea and set aside.
In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cold water. Let it bloom for 3–5 minutes.
Pour hot tea over the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice or stevia to taste. Stir again.
Pour into 4 small jars or molds. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serve cold. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
