- Fill a clean glass with warm water.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
- Stir with a spoon until the salt dissolves.
- Drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Use only a small pinch (¼–½ teaspoon) of Himalayan pink salt. Excess sodium can be harmful. The Oprah pink salt recipe is best used as a hydration habit, not a replacement for meals.
