Method
 

  1. Fill a clean glass with warm water.
  2. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Stir with a spoon until the salt dissolves.
  4. Drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes
