Natural Zepbound Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 whole Lemon Juiced
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger Grated
  • 1 handful Mint leaves Fresh
  • 4 cups Filtered water Cold or room temperature

Equipment

  • 1 Large pitcher For mixing and infusing drink
  • 1 Knife For slicing ingredients
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumber thinly and juice the lemon.
  2. Grate fresh ginger and pick mint leaves.
  3. Add cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and mint to the large pitcher.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of filtered water and stir well.
  5. Cover and let infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve over ice or sip throughout the day.

Notes

Optional: Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra digestive benefits.
Store up to 24 hours in the fridge for best flavor.
Avoid adding sweeteners to keep it low-calorie and effective.
