Equipment

  • 1 Large pitcher For mixing and infusing drink
  • 1 Knife For slicing ingredients
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 whole Lemon Juiced
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger Grated
  • 1 handful Mint leaves Fresh
  • 4 cups Filtered water Cold or room temperature

Instructions

  • Slice cucumber thinly and juice the lemon.
  • Grate fresh ginger and pick mint leaves.
  • Add cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and mint to the large pitcher.
  • Pour in 4 cups of filtered water and stir well.
  • Cover and let infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice or sip throughout the day.

Notes

Optional: Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra digestive benefits.
Store up to 24 hours in the fridge for best flavor.
Avoid adding sweeteners to keep it low-calorie and effective.
