Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey optional to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Small pot or kettle To boil water
  • 1 Mug or tea cup For serving
  • 1 Tea strainer If using loose-leaf green tea

Method
 

  1. Bring filtered water to a gentle boil.

  2. Steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then discard bag or strain leaves.
