Instructions
Add chia seeds to a mason jar or shaker bottle.
Pour in the filtered water and stir well.
Add lemon juice and sea moss (or okra water), then stir again.
Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
Shake or stir before drinking and enjoy slowly.
Notes
You can substitute sea moss gel with okra water if needed.
Always follow with a glass of plain water for extra hydration.
Best consumed in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
