Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon Juice only Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sea moss gel Or 2 tablespoons okra water
  • 1 1/2 cups Filtered water

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds to a mason jar or shaker bottle.
  • Pour in the filtered water and stir well.
  • Add lemon juice and sea moss (or okra water), then stir again.
  • Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
  • Shake or stir before drinking and enjoy slowly.

Notes

  • You can substitute sea moss gel with okra water if needed.
  • Always follow with a glass of plain water for extra hydration.
