- Add chia seeds to a mason jar or shaker bottle.
- Pour in the filtered water and stir well.
- Add lemon juice and sea moss (or okra water), then stir again.
- Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
- Shake or stir before drinking and enjoy slowly.
Notes
- You can substitute sea moss gel with okra water if needed.
