Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon Juice only Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sea moss gel Or 2 tablespoons okra water
  • 1 1/2 cups Filtered water

Equipment

  • Mason jar or shaker bottle
  • Spoon
  • Citrus juicer Optional

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to a mason jar or shaker bottle.
  2. Pour in the filtered water and stir well.
  3. Add lemon juice and sea moss (or okra water), then stir again.
  4. Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency.
  5. Shake or stir before drinking and enjoy slowly.

Notes

  • You can substitute sea moss gel with okra water if needed.
  • Always follow with a glass of plain water for extra hydration.
