Ingredients
  

  • Amount Unit Name Notes
  • 1 berberine capsule 500 mg or use powdered form
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon Ceylon preferred
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated
  • 0.5 lemon juiced optional
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.5 cup warm water not boiling

Method
 

  1. Open the berberine capsule and add the powder to a small glass.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the warm water.
  4. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  5. Add optional cayenne or honey if desired.
  6. Drink as a morning shot or before a heavy meal.

Notes

  • Use Ceylon cinnamon for better digestion.
  • Consult a doctor before use if taking medication.
  • For best results, consume on an empty stomach in the morning.
