Mounjaro Tea Recipe

A powerful 4-ingredient detox tea made with green tea, lemon, ginger, and raw apple cider vinegar. Supports digestion, fat metabolism, and natural energy balance.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey optional for taste

Equipment

  • 1 Small pot or kettle To boil water
  • 1 Mug For serving
  • 1 Tea strainer Optional, if using loose tea

Method
 

  1. Steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then remove the bag or strain.
  2. Stir in fresh lemon juice and grated ginger.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and optional honey.
  4. Let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy warm or over ice.

Notes

Can be made in batches and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Customize with cinnamon, turmeric, or mint for extra benefits.
Avoid added sugar for best results, use raw honey or monk fruit in moderation.
