Equipment

  • 1 Small pot or kettle To boil water
  • 1 Mug For serving
  • 1 Tea strainer Optional, if using loose tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey optional for taste

Instructions

  • Steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then remove the bag or strain.
  • Stir in fresh lemon juice and grated ginger.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and optional honey.
  • Let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy warm or over ice.

Notes

Can be made in batches and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Customize with cinnamon, turmeric, or mint for extra benefits.
Avoid added sugar for best results, use raw honey or monk fruit in moderation.
