Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or whisk
  • Measuring cups
  • Refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 packet gelatin (flavored or unflavored)
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice or fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  • Add gelatin powder to a bowl and pour in the hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Pour in 1 cup of cold water or flavored liquid and stir to combine.
  • Add sugar or sweetener if desired and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into serving cups or a dish.
  • Refrigerate for 2–4 hours until fully set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your lipojaro jello.

Notes

For best results, fully dissolve the gelatin in hot water before adding cold liquid to avoid grainy texture. Adjust sweetness based on preference using sugar, honey, or sugar-free alternatives. Do not freeze to speed up setting, as it may affect texture. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
