Lemon Balm Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Dried lemon balm Use 3 tbsp if using fresh leaves
  • 1 slice Lemon Organic preferred
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper Optional boosts metabolism
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional skip if fasting
  • 1.5 cups Hot water Not boiling just under simmering

Equipment

  • 1 Tea infuser Optional for loose leaf use
  • 1 Kettle For heating water
  • 1 Mug or cup 10–12 oz preferred

Method
 

  1. Add lemon balm and lemon slice to your tea cup or mug.
  2. Heat water until hot but not boiling (around 190°F/88°C).
  3. Pour hot water over the herbs and lemon. Let steep for 6–8 minutes.
  4. Add cayenne and honey if using. Stir gently.
  5. Sip slowly 30 minutes before bed for optimal flat tummy results.

Notes

Do not boil lemon balm—it destroys active oils.
Omit honey if intermittent fasting or keto.
For stronger results, drink for 14+ consecutive nights.
