Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • small saucepan
  • whisk or spoon
  • silicone molds or dish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water, herbal tea, or juice
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1-2 tsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fruit juice or puree (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of cold liquid into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes to bloom.
  • Add the remaining liquid and heat gently over low heat while stirring until the gelatin fully dissolves. Do not boil.
  • Stir in optional sweetener or fruit puree if desired, mixing well to combine flavors.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm, then remove from molds and store in the fridge.

Notes

Do not boil the gelatin mixture, as high heat weakens its structure. Always bloom gelatin before heating for smooth texture. Adjust sweetness based on your preference, and store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
