Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Grass-fed gelatin powder Prefer unflavored high-quality gelatin
  • 1 cup Hot water To dissolve the gelatin
  • 1 cup Unsweetened juice Cherry cranberry, or lemon
  • 2 tsp Monk fruit or stevia Adjust sweetness to taste
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt Optional for creamy texture
  • ¼ cup Fresh berries Optional garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint leaves Optional for freshness

Instructions

  • Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cool water and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  • Dissolve completely: Add hot water and whisk until smooth.
  • Flavor it: Stir in juice and sweetener until well combined.
  • Optional step: Add Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  • Set the Jello: Pour mixture into glass cups or molds. Chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
