- Add pink Himalayan salt to the glass of water.
- Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar (if using).
- Sip slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink this only once per day, ideally in the morning before eating.
Avoid if on sodium-restricted diets or if sensitive to acid.
Omit ACV if you experience reflux or stomach irritation.
