Japanese Pink Salt and Ice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine ground
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 8 –10 oz Filtered cold water Chilled preferred
  • 4 –6 Ice cubes

Equipment

  • 1 tall glass For mixing and serving
  • 1 Spoon or Stirrer To blend ingredients

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass with cold filtered water and ice cubes.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice to the water.
  3. Sprinkle in the pink Himalayan salt.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 1–2 minutes to dissolve minerals.
  5. Stir gently and sip slowly. Best on an empty stomach.

Notes
