or yuzu if available

Instructions
Add matcha and miso to a small bowl or cup.
Pour in warm water and whisk until dissolved.
Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
Stir well and taste. Adjust lemon or ACV if needed.
Drink immediately, or chill up to 24 hours.
Notes
Start with half the vinegar if you're new to ACV drinks.
Use warm—not hot—water to preserve nutrients.
For a cold version, mix with chilled green tea.
Not recommended late in the evening due to caffeine in matcha.
