Method
- Add matcha and miso to a small bowl or cup.
- Pour in warm water and whisk until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well and taste. Adjust lemon or ACV if needed.
- Drink immediately, or chill up to 24 hours.
Notes
- Start with half the vinegar if you're new to ACV drinks.
- Use warm—not hot—water to preserve nutrients.
- For a cold version, mix with chilled green tea.
- Not recommended late in the evening due to caffeine in matcha.
