A simple ice water hack drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon, and cold water that may support digestion, metabolism, and hydration. Inspired by trending “7-second tricks” but made with real ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Ice-cold filtered water Use fresh filtered for best taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Must be pink salt not table salt
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced Fresh squeezed for best results
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional with “the mother”
  • 1/2 tsp Raw honey or monk fruit Optional for taste

Equipment

  • 1 Mason jar or tall glass Optional: shaker bottle or tumbler

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass or mason jar with ice and cold water.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp pink salt, juice of 1/2 lemon, and optional 1 tsp ACV.
  3. Stir well with a spoon or shake if using a bottle.
  4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

You can prep the drink the night before by mixing lemon juice, salt, and ACV in a small jar and adding cold water and ice in the morning.
For flavor variation, add sliced cucumber or mint.
ACV may not suit sensitive stomachs, start with 1/2 tsp and work up.
