- Fill a glass or mason jar with ice and cold water.
- Add 1/4 tsp pink salt, juice of 1/2 lemon, and optional 1 tsp ACV.
- Stir well with a spoon or shake if using a bottle.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

You can prep the drink the night before by mixing lemon juice, salt, and ACV in a small jar and adding cold water and ice in the morning.
For flavor variation, add sliced cucumber or mint.
ACV may not suit sensitive stomachs, start with 1/2 tsp and work up.
