A simple ice water hack drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon, and cold water that may support digestion, metabolism, and hydration. Inspired by trending “7-second tricks” but made with real ingredients.
1 Mason jar or tall glass Optional: shaker bottle or tumbler
Ingredients
12ozIce-cold filtered water Use freshfiltered for best taste
1/4tspPink Himalayan salt Must be pink saltnot table salt
1/2Lemonjuiced Fresh squeezed for best results
1tspApple cider vinegar Optionalwith “the mother”
1/2tspRaw honey or monk fruit Optionalfor taste

Instructions
Fill a glass or mason jar with ice and cold water.
Add 1/4 tsp pink salt, juice of 1/2 lemon, and optional 1 tsp ACV.
Stir well with a spoon or shake if using a bottle.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
You can prep the drink the night before by mixing lemon juice, salt, and ACV in a small jar and adding cold water and ice in the morning.For flavor variation, add sliced cucumber or mint.ACV may not suit sensitive stomachs, start with 1/2 tsp and work up.
