Method
- Pour 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar into a clean jar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime juice.
- Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- Stir or shake well until fully mixed.
- Optionally dilute with up to 1/2 cup water if desired.
- Drink on an empty stomach or 15–30 minutes before a meal.
Notes
- Use a straw to protect tooth enamel from vinegar.
- Add grated ginger for extra digestive support.
- Best consumed fresh daily for optimal results.
