Pour 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar into a clean jar.
Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime juice.
Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Stir or shake well until fully mixed.
Optionally dilute with up to 1/2 cup water if desired.
Drink on an empty stomach or 15–30 minutes before a meal.
