Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Equipment

  • mall jar or glass bottle

Method
 

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar into a clean jar.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  4. Stir or shake well until fully mixed.
  5. Optionally dilute with up to 1/2 cup water if desired.
  6. Drink on an empty stomach or 15–30 minutes before a meal.

Notes

  • Use a straw to protect tooth enamel from vinegar.
  • Add grated ginger for extra digestive support.
