Ingredients

  • 8-12 oz filtered water
  • 1/8 tsp mineral-rich salt (Persian blue salt, Himalayan salt, or similar)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour 8–12 ounces of filtered water into a glass.
  • Measure 1/8 teaspoon of mineral-rich salt and add it to the water.
  • Stir thoroughly until the salt completely dissolves and no crystals remain visible.
  • Add the honey and lemon juice if desired, then stir again to combine.
  • Serve immediately and drink fresh for the best taste and consistency.

Notes

Use quality mineral-rich salt such as Persian blue salt or Himalayan salt. Measure carefully and avoid increasing the salt amount. Drink immediately after preparation for best taste. Honey and lemon juice are optional and can help balance the salty flavor. This recipe is commonly enjoyed in the morning, before exercise, or before bed.
