Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Honey Local or Manuka preferred
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced optional
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Organic adds heat and circulation
  • 1 tsp Black Seed Ground or whole
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Optional adds blood sugar balance

Instructions

  • Add raw honey to a small mixing bowl.
  • Grate fresh ginger and stir it into the honey.
  • Add cayenne pepper, black seed, and optional garlic or cinnamon.
  • Mix well until evenly blended.
  • Pour into a clean glass jar and seal with a lid.
  • Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
  • Take 1 tsp in the morning and/or before intimacy.

Notes

Use raw honey only, processed honey loses its nitric oxide support and antioxidant properties.
This recipe can be customized with lemon juice, maca powder, or turmeric for added benefits.
