Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey Preferably unfiltered/local
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda Food-grade only
  • ½ cup Warm Water Filtered not boiling

Instructions

  • Add raw honey and baking soda to your mug.
  • Pour in ½ cup warm (not hot) water.
  • Stir gently until fully dissolved.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.

Notes

For best results, use this trick 2–3 times per week, not daily.
Use only food-grade baking soda and raw honey.
