Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water Not boiling just comfortably warm
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Fine grain for better dissolution
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger Use fresh ginger for best results
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional with the "mother" if possible
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional for taste and gut support

Instructions

  • Warm the water until comfortably hot, not boiling.
  • Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
