Homemade Mounjaro Recipe with Pink Salt

A natural detox and metabolism-boosting drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, ginger, and optional apple cider vinegar, ideal for mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm Water Not boiling just comfortably warm
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Fine grain for better dissolution
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger Use fresh ginger for best results
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional with the "mother" if possible
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional for taste and gut support

Equipment

  • 1 Mug or Glass For serving the detox drink
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger
  • 1 Measuring spoons For accurate ingredients

Method
 

  1. Warm the water until comfortably hot, not boiling.
  2. Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.

  4. Add grated ginger and optional apple cider vinegar.
  5. Mix in raw honey if using.
  6. Stir well and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Sip slowly on an empty stomach before eating.

Notes

Best consumed in the morning before breakfast.
Not recommended for low-sodium diets.
You can steep the ginger longer for stronger flavor.
Consistent use (3–5x/week) offers the best results.
