- Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
- Pour in 8–12 ounces of warm (not hot) filtered water.
- Squeeze in juice from ½ a fresh lemon (optional).
- Add 1 tsp raw honey if desired for sweetness and energy.
- Stir until salt fully dissolves.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink the Himalayan salt trick mixture once daily, ideally on an empty stomach. Always use food-grade pink Himalayan salt. Not recommended for those on a low-sodium diet. You can combine this drink with other wellness routines like lemon water, ACV, or detox smoothies.
