Himalayan Salt Trick Drink

This simple Himalayan salt trick drink combines pink Himalayan salt, warm water, and lemon to support digestion, reduce bloating, and boost morning hydration, perfect as part of a natural weight-loss routine.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Fine-ground or crystal
  • 8 –12 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling
  • ½ Lemon juiced Optional but recommended
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional for taste and energy

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For mixing the drink
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Stirring spoon Optional, for blending

Method
 

  1. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
  2. Pour in 8–12 ounces of warm (not hot) filtered water.
  3. Squeeze in juice from ½ a fresh lemon (optional).
  4. Add 1 tsp raw honey if desired for sweetness and energy.
  5. Stir until salt fully dissolves.
  6. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink the Himalayan salt trick mixture once daily, ideally on an empty stomach. Always use food-grade pink Himalayan salt. Not recommended for those on a low-sodium diet. You can combine this drink with other wellness routines like lemon water, ACV, or detox smoothies.
