- Pour 8 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
- Squeeze the juice from ½ lemon into the water.
- Add ½ tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir using a wooden spoon.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach. Wait 15–20 minutes before eating.
Notes
Always use high-quality Himalayan pink salt, not table salt.
Drink this daily first thing in the morning for best results.
Avoid combining with high-sodium meals later in the day.
Great as part of an intermittent fasting or low-sugar routine.
