Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin until completely dissolved.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  • Allow the drink to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Drink immediately, preferably 20–30 minutes before a meal.

Notes
