Ingredients
  

  • 4 El Monterey Burritos Frozen any variety
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Or spray optional for crisp
  • 1 tsp Taco seasoning Optional for outer coating
  • Dipping sauces optional Salsa, sour cream, guac

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer Any basket-style or digital
  • 1 Tongs For flipping the burritos
  • 1 Cooking brush Optional, for brushing oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Remove frozen El Monterey burritos from packaging.
  3. Place burritos in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Lightly brush with olive oil or spray for extra crispness.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
  7. Remove and let rest 1 minute. Serve hot with toppings of choice.

Notes

Cook time may increase by 2–3 minutes for XXL or breakfast burritos.
Use parchment liner only if it’s air fryer–safe and doesn’t block airflow.
Great served with fries, guac, or a simple salad for a full meal.
Reheat leftovers at 350°F for 3–5 minutes in the air fryer.
