Equipment

  • 1 Drinking glass 10–12 oz recommended
  • 1 Spoon For stirring until dissolved
  • 1 Kettle To warm the water

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Gelatin powder Grass-fed unflavored preferred
  • ½ cup Warm water Just below boiling temperature
  • ½ cup Cold water Or use herbal tea lemon balm

Instructions

  • In a glass, add 1 tbsp gelatin to ½ cup warm water.
  • Stir continuously until fully dissolved, no clumps.
  • Add ½ cup cold water or your preferred herbal tea.
  • Let sit for 2–3 minutes.
  • Sip slowly 30 minutes before your meal.

Notes

Use high-quality, grass-fed gelatin for best results.
Herbal tea adds added benefit, try lemon balm, peppermint, or hibiscus.
Optional: Add 1 tsp lemon juice or ACV to support digestion and weight loss.
Do not boil gelatin, it won’t dissolve properly if overheated.
