Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1.5 cups warm water or herbal tea
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  • Add unflavored gelatin to cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Heat the remaining water or herbal tea until hot but not boiling.
  • Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid until fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and sweetener if desired, and mix well.
  • Pour into a container and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  • Cut into cubes or serve as desired.

Notes

Use unflavored gelatin for best control over ingredients. Adjust flavor with lemon juice or herbal tea. Do not boil gelatin, as high heat can affect texture. Chill fully before serving. This recipe supports routine eating habits but is not a medical treatment.
