  • 1 Small saucepan For warming juice and water
  • 1 Whisk To dissolve gelatin evenly
  • 4 Glass cups or ramekins For chilling individual servings
  • 1 Refrigerator To set the gelatin mixture

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Preferably grass-fed
  • 1 scoop 10–12 g Collagen peptides Unflavored or vanilla
  • 1 cup Unsweetened fruit juice Pomegranate cranberry, or cherry
  • 0.5 cup Water divided ¼ cup cold, ¼ cup warm
  • to taste — Stevia or monk fruit Optional for light sweetness
  • 1 handful Fresh berries Optional topping for color & flavor

Instructions

  • Bloom the gelatin: In a small bowl, add ¼ cup of cold water. Sprinkle gelatin evenly and let it sit for 3–4 minutes.
  • Heat the base: Warm the juice and remaining water in a saucepan (do not boil).
  • Combine: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm liquid, whisking until completely dissolved.
  • Add collagen: Stir in collagen peptides and optional sweetener until smooth.
  • Chill: Pour into glass cups and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
