Prepare a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
Dredge each cheese curd in flour, then dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place breaded curds on a tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the curds with olive oil and place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through.
