  • 1 tall glass 12–16 oz size recommended
  • 1 Measuring Spoon For ACV and lemon juice
  • 1 Stirring spoon For mixing ingredients evenly
  • 1 Straw (optional) Helps protect tooth enamel from acid

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cranberry juice 100% juice no added sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water Filtered cold or room temp
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with "the mother"
  • 1 tsp Lemon or lime juice Optional adds flavor and vitamin C

Instructions

  • Pour cranberry juice and water into a tall glass.

Notes
