Equipment

  • 1 Mason jar For mixing and storing
  • 1 Mixing spoon For stirring the chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fruit juice 100% juice no sugar added (e.g., berry, lemon, apple)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds Whole not ground
  • 0.5 tbsp Honey Optional or use maple syrup

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of juice into a mason jar or small bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and stir well.
  • Wait 5 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Stir before using. Jelly should be thick and spoonable.
  • Store covered in fridge for 5–7 days.

You can double or triple this chia jelly recipe easily.
