Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt unrefined, light gray
  • 8 –12 ounces filtered water
  • Optional 1 lemon wedge

Equipment

  • Glass or mug | Notes: For serving the drink
  • A Teaspoon | Notes: For measuring the salt

Method
 

  1. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt to a glass or mug.
  2. Pour 8–12 ounces of filtered water over the salt.
  3. Stir gently until the salt is mostly dissolved.
  4. Optional: Squeeze in a lemon wedge for flavor and added vitamin C.
  5. Drink slowly, ideally first thing in the morning before coffee or food.
