  • 1 Glass jar (12 oz) For storing honey mix
  • 1 Wooden spoon To stir without oxidizing honey
  • 1 Small saucepan To gently warm honey if thick

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raw local honey Preferably dark or wildflower honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder Organic if possible
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger juice Adds warmth and circulation
  • ½ tsp Black seed oil Supports brain and immune health
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Optional for flavor and balance

Instructions

  • Warm the raw honey slightly (no more than 100°F) to loosen texture.
  • Stir in turmeric and ginger juice until evenly combined.
  • Add lemon juice and black seed oil, blending until smooth.
  • Mix in cinnamon if desired.
  • Pour into a glass jar, seal, and let rest overnight at room temperature.
  • Consume 1 teaspoon daily, preferably before breakfast with warm water.

Notes

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Never heat the mixture above 100°F to preserve enzymes.
Not recommended for children under 12 months.
Use within two weeks for maximum freshness and potency.
