Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Fresh grated
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Filtered Water Room temp or cold
  • 0.5 tsp Maple Syrup Or honey optional sweetener

Equipment

  • Citrus juicer For fresh lime juice
  • Grater or Zester For fresh ginger
  • Glass Jar For mixing and storing

Method
 

  1. Juice the lime into a glass or jar.
  2. Grate or juice fresh ginger and add it to the lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  4. Pour in filtered water and stir thoroughly.
  5. Add maple syrup or honey if using, and mix again.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later use.

Notes

  • You can swap lime with lemon if preferred.
  • Adjust cayenne to your heat tolerance.
  • Best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
  • Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
